when it first arrived there was a bit of damage to the enclosure but as quickly as i emailed the vendor, all i experienced to do was attach photos of the affected places and a replacement was sent. the trampoline itself is wonderful and is a wonderful way to preserve the kids entertained. rapid delivery and easy to assemble as my 15 year old was able to assemble it with no recommendations
